We're helping you get fit for spring and ready for summer with this series of total body, at-home workouts suited for anybody at any time. Kelly created this timeless, virtual workout challenge with low-impact modifications so that you can ease into your goals at your own pace. Consisting of 12 workouts requiring minimal equipment, we recommend completing this challenge over a 20-day timeframe and then repeat! If you're looking to add more, Kelly loves a cardio-focused "rest" day of your choice in between.
