Bio: Gaby Martinez is a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness coach with 5 years of experience in group fitness and 1:1 personal training. As the regional director of six fitness studios across New England, she specializes in Pilates, strength training, and cardio HIIT classes. Gaby has been bodybuilding for 7 years, a journey that has transformed both her body and mindset, building inner strength and confidence. Passionate about helping others find a fitness routine they enjoy, Gaby inspires clients to fall in love with fitness, just as she has.
Class Description: 45 minute full body strength X HIIT you'll need light - medium dumbbells and a mat. we’ll combine bodyweight cardio exercises as well as upper and lower body focused strength exercises to get that heart rate up and strengthen our muscles at the same time
