Bio: Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, Liah is passionate about health, fitness, and inspiring others to move and feel their best. As a dedicated mom of 2 (with baby #3 on the way) she has over 12+ years in the fitness industry, with experience teaching yoga, barre and spin. As a current instructor at SoulCycle and Equinox, she brings contagious enthusiasm to every class, and helps others find joy, confidence, and connection through movement.
Class description: The Malley Method is a rhythm-based, full-body workout designed to lengthen and tone muscles while building stamina and strength. Liah combines high rep movements, cardio bursts, dynamic stretching and the use of light weights and resistance bands, to create a fun, sweaty, and empowering experience.
