This Short and Sweaty follows the same sequence as the BBB Signature Workout, so expect to get your heart rate UP! The first 5 minutes features Kelly's signature booty activating warm-up followed by 8 minutes of glute work (the first 3 minutes uses a band). The second half of the class will take you through a full-body circuit with push-ups, shoulder taps, bicycles, planks, squats and ends with a signature towel arm routine.
