With her extensive background in dance and training, Kelly designed her 50 minute Signature BBB Workout for you to move freely but to the beat of the music. The Signature BBB Workout features three phases: an activating warm up to get your heart rate up and prepare your muscles, a HIIT circuit to target every angle of your body with lateral, transverse, sagittal and frontal movements (expect circuit-style moves like burpees and high knees!) and then a burn out to finish with resistance training and dance.
