Kelly's workout features three phases: an activating warm up, a HIIT circuit to target every angle of your body with lateral, transverse, sagittal and frontal movements and then a burn out to finish with resistance training and dance. The class requires little-to-no equipment when done at home; a hand towel and exercise bands are recommended but optional. Kelly's routines feature building blocks, the more you take the class, the more in tune you will be with the movements and the better your results will be!
