The Signature BBB Workout features three phases: an activating warm up to get your heart rate up and prepare your muscles, a HIIT circuit to target every angle of your body with lateral, transverse, sagittal and frontal movements (expect circuit-style moves like burpees and high knees!) and then a burn out to finish with resistance training and dance.
