Booty Barre is a low impact, full body workout using movements inspired by dance and pilates (no dance experience necessary). This class will strengthen, lengthen, and tone long lean muscles. The small movements and high reps specifically target small muscles that aren’t commonly used everyday. Expect a non-stop, high intensity workout with an awesome playlist! You’ll leave still feeling the burn!
Meg, a current NFL cheerleader, has a love and passion for dance and fitness. When she is not dancing on the sidelines, she is a dance and fitness instructor. She has over 13 years of experience teaching various styles of dance and barre/cardio classes at multiple studios in MA and NYC. She holds a degree from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and she has trained with elite dancers in Boston and NYC including the Rockettes. Meg loves meeting new people and watching them grow through their fitness journey. She is looking forward to the Booty Bootcamp February Challenge and is ready to feel the burn with all of you!
