Kelly is joined by her friend Sarah (@_withsarah on Instagram, give her a follow BBB fam!) who is also pregnant, and together they crush a 50-minute total body workout that is effective for everyone - pregnant or not!
After a quick booty warm up, Kelly takes you through two circuits featuring all exercises you're familiar with, just with prenatal modifications. You'll sweat, get your heart rate up, and all you need are two sets of weights. Kelly is using a light set and a medium-to-heavy set; if you only have one, feel free to modify as you need to!
