Kelly and Liz take Derek's group class multiple times per week at Pex Health & Fitness Needham, so we had to bring him onto the app to shake up the challenge and show you guys what his Train Full Send program is all about. Derek takes us through a 50 minute, strength based workout that calls for medium dumbbells...but get ready to sweat, too because he mixes in some fire cardio circuits that will get your heart rates UP.
