With her extensive background in dance and training, Kelly designed her 50-60-minute Signature BBB Workout for you to move freely but to the beat of the music. The Signature BBB Workout features three phases: an activating warm up to get your heart rate up and prepare your muscles, a HIIT circuit to target every angle of your body with lateral, transverse, sagittal and frontal movements (expect circuit-style moves like burpees and high knees!) and then a burn out to finish with resistance training and dance.
The class requires little-to-no equipment when done at home; a hand towel and resistance bands are recommended but optional. Kelly is known for her unique routines that feature building blocks; the more you take her class, the more in tune you will be with the movements and the better your results will see.
