Equipment: set of heavy weights & an elastic band

his 50 minute class combines strength training and cardio bursts using bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises to target your lower body while keeping your heart rate up. Expect squats, lunges, bridges, and explosive moves for a serious burn that builds strength and endurance. All levels welcome—modifications provided!
