Blending the core-strengthening control of Pilates along with energizing and mindful sequencing, this class leaves you grounded, strong, and empowered. Expect dynamic sequences using light weights/bands and bodyweight resistance, with a focus on alignment, breath, and intentional movement. Each session follows a curated progression of strength-building exercises, finishing with focused core work and a restorative cool-down. Class is appropriate for all levels.
